I enjoy figuring out how things work, connecting the right pieces together, and building systems that eliminate repetitive tasks. Then I turn around and teach what I learned through videos, tutorials, and client projects.
Before focusing on automation and email marketing, I spent eight years as a web developer and intranet manager for a major financial institution. That experience gave me a strong technical foundation, but more importantly, it taught me that technology should support people rather than get in their way.
