Wanna Hangout? Why Google + is Good For Your Business

When Google Plus was first launched I couldn’t wait to test it out. The hype was that it would be a direct competitor to Facebook. I asked everyone a knew for an invitation to try the beta version.
Once I got it in I was moderately impressed. Circles instead of followers and lists, finding people was kind of hard cause not very many of friends were on. I tweeted and posted on Facebook for friends and clients to find me on Google Plus but not very many came over to say hi. So I pretty much dropped Google Plus for about 6 months. Exceeding Expectations

When I first began my career within the corporate world I was introduced to performance appraisals. During the year I was empowered to set goals and milestones and was appraised on how well I achieved those goals and if you played nice with others in the sandbox. The appraisal was then matched up into 1 of 4 categories – (N) Needs Improvement, (P) Proficient, (O) Outstanding, or (E) Exceeding Expectations. These categories formed the acronym NOPE, which was the common phrase one would hear in the break areas describing that they didn’t get the raise they wanted.
