I just discovered this, but in December, Facebook introduced a new targeting tool in an organic page post to filter a specific group of fans who have liked your page. To turn this feature on go to the page, click Settings, and click Targeting and Privacy for Posts, and check Allow. Note: you must be an admin to access Settings.
Once you have allowed the option, scroll down the page until you get to where you would add a new post. At the bottom you will now see a reticle or Target icon.
When you click the Target icon a small pop-up window appears for you select how you want to filter the post to specific fans. As you can see from the image below you can get very specific on the fans to target.
