The other day I was out and about doing errands with my four year old daughter. We stopped to grab some food before heading over to my mother’s house, while there she started playing with these stand alone video games. A novelty for her since all she is used to is the Ipod Touch. She noticed decals on the screen and pushed on them asking what do these do?
Later at my mother’s house she got to “play” (more like pound), on the piano and strum an old guitar. All of which got me to thinking about where technology is headed. Have a listen to my thoughts and questions.

Larry, I like it. Did you write that BEFORE you presented it? It was very eloquent and clear.
Now, to the question, where is technology headed? Seriously, I don’t know. I imagine that we’re going to continue to explore virtual worlds through online means.

@damondnollan Yes sir I did write it first as I was going to make it a straight blog post, but decided that my tone would be lost so I decided to record it on SoundCloud.
Technology is changing our lives and our children lives at such a rapid rate things that I worked hard to accomplish are done now with a click of a button (or push), I just wonder if it is changing too fast and at what cost.
