Creating online quizzes just got a whole lot easier by combining the power of JotForm with ChatGPT – Introducing the JotForm AI quiz generator.
Yes, it is a mouthful, but it does explain exactly what it is.
You can get started using the Jotform AI Quiz Generator by file or by a ChatGPT prompt. Documents must be under 10MB in size, and you can upload a PDF, PowerPoint presentation, document, or text file.
The great thing about combining Jotform and ChatGPT is that Jotform will automatically create the quiz based on the questions that ChatGPT provides.
So, let’s get started, and I’ll show you exactly how this works.
In my example, I used a file. I uploaded a branding ebook that I created a few years ago. Once the file is uploaded, click on continue. On the next screen, you can set the number of questions, language, and type of questions. You have three question types to choose from multiple-choice, single-choice, and yes-and-no.
Next, you have to go through the document itself and pick and choose which of the specific files you want to use for your quiz.
Obviously, we do not want to include the table of contents and the title page. In my example, I just Selected All the items that I didn’t want to include in the quiz. Then, I mainly unselected the ones that I didn’t want to include. Okay, so once that is all done, you can click Create, and it’ll spend about 30 seconds or so going through the content and creating the quiz question.
The Results
It will give you a nice title of what it thinks it should be based on the content of the file. Basically, you are ready to go. You’ve got your questions here. You can click start, and it will take you through all the questions. So you can go through the quiz and make sure that the questions make sense. But the big thing here is that you can regenerate a question if you’re not happy with how it came out.
If you want to customize your quiz further, you can click on the customize button here. That will take you over to Jotform Form Builder. If you click on Share Quiz, it will take you over to the quick share option under the Published tab, where you can grab the URL, invite people, and share it through social media.
Clicking the Customize button will take you to the Jotform Form Builder. The form builder tool allows you to add form elements and customize the design of your form. For example, you can capture people’s email addresses as they take the test or names or something similar.
You can also go in and make these questions required because, by default, they’re not required. Also, if you want to know the correct answers, go into the options properties. You’ll see a value here; then you know that’s the correct answer because it’s calculating the values.
If you want to add or change answers or change the question, you’re welcome to do that here inside the Form Builder, just like you would with a regular form or Jotform.
